Orders for in-stock items are typically shipped with 1-3 business days of the order unless otherwise noted. Transit times provided are only an estimate unless an expedited service is purchased. If you require expedited service, please call 1-866-949-9199 for a quote.
Many of our products are able to ship via standard Ground (UPS or FedEx). If an item requires shipment via Truck/Freight due to the size, weight or fragile nature, it will be noted on the product page. We offer several options for truck shipments, please contact us with your special needs at 1-866-949-9199

A Return Authorization number and shipping address for fulfillment center MUST be obtained for all returns. Please call: 1-866-949-9199

  • 25% Restocking Fee will apply to all returns.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns shipped to the incorrect address.
  • We only accept returns or exchanges on new/unused merchandise, in the original carton and packing materials
  • Perishable/Custom-Made Items are Non-returnable

Choice Display takes every precaution to ensure the safe arrival of your order, but our responsibility ceases when the shipment is turned over to the carrier (FedEx, UPS, YRC, etc). If a shipment is damaged when you receive it, insist on a damage notation on the freight bill by the delivery person before you accept the shipment.Contact the carrier immediately and request an inspection. This must be done before filing a claim. Do not unpack the shipment. If you must unpack, save all boxes and packing material. Choice Display is not responsible for shipping damages.

If your shipment has shortages, sign for only the number of packages received and make a note on the bill of laden or the delivery person's freight bill. Any claims for shortages must be made within 5 business days after the receipt of the goods. For damaged merchandise, please notify our office immediately for return or replacement. Although our responsibility ceases when the carrier's agent accepts shipment, we will extend every possible assistance to our customers in clearing up claims.
